This service does not include

GLOBAL PAYROLL SERVICES
To learn more about how to classify your workforce avoiding any expensive mistakes, please read the following regulations.
1 - If the candidate is going to work 40 hours per week, that will be considered a full-time employee in the majority of the countries. You cannot hire them as contractors.
2 - If the candidate is going to work by commission or by project, they can be contractors.
3 - If the candidate is going to work 100% remotely, but they are forced to follow a 40+ hour
schedule, they cannot be hired as contractors.
4 - Is the candidate going to use his/her own equipment? If yes, they can be contractors.
5 - Is the candidate going to work less than 40 hours per week, and only from home? If yes,
they can be hired as contractors.
