DVINE helps you avoid compliance mistakes by setting everything up according to your employees/contractor's local laws. Our team of HR experts will prevent you from any misclassification risk, help you stay compliant, and get ahead of changing regulations globally.

GLOBAL PAYROLL SERVICES

To learn more about how to classify your workforce avoiding any expensive mistakes, please read the following regulations

     1 - If the candidate is going to work 40 hours per week, that will be considered a full-time                     employee in the majority of the countries. You cannot hire them as contractors.

     2 - If the candidate is going to work by commission or by project, they can be contractors. 

     3 - If the candidate is going to work 100% remotely, but they are forced to follow a 40+ hour

          schedule, they cannot be hired as contractors.

     4 - Is the candidate going to use his/her own equipment? If yes, they can be contractors.

     5 - Is the candidate going to work less than 40 hours per week, and only from home? If yes,

          they can be hired as contractors.
